INDIVIDUAL
1-ON-1- Each session includes full use of the private, fully equipped gym and a full hour of focused one-to-one coaching with Jacob. You’ll get a personalised training plan built around your goals, along with expert nutritional guidance to maximise results between sessions. Every workout is tailored, motivating, and designed to move you forward with confidence.
2 People
- Train together and split the cost, while still getting Jacob’s full attention. Each session includes access to the private gym and a full hour of two-to-one coaching, with exercises tailored to both of your goals and abilities. You’ll receive joint training plans, supportive coaching, and nutritional advice so you can enjoy the results as a team.
GROUPS
Up to 4 People- Train together in small, focused groups of up to four, combining personal attention with the motivation of shared energy. Each session blends tailored coaching with a dynamic team atmosphere, allowing everyone to progress at their own pace while still benefiting from Jacob’s expert guidance. It’s a brilliant option for friends or family who want support, accountability, and great results in a more cost-effective format.
Home Sessions
- Train in the comfort of your own home! Jacob brings the workout to you with the same structure, professionalism, and encouragement you’d expect in the gym. With a full DBS check and years of experience supporting clients in home environments he creates a distraction-free space that feels safe and personal. Home visits are perfect for anyone who finds gyms overwhelming or simply wants a more convenient way to train.
